What is that gorgeous hairstyle called, I dont have a picture?

I saw a girl with this hairstyle, very short at the back and spiked and messy but long and sleeked down in the front to the side. I know it is impractical(shouldnt hair be longer at the back and shorter at the front so you can see?) but it looks so cute! What is this hairstyle called and do you know anyone with it? I have only seen a few girls with this style.

  14. It's not a bob, v-bob, or a-line. I used to have exactly what you're talking about. I can't find the name of it but here is a link to a "similar" cut. Mine was a little longer in the front and I had several different color high-lights.
