How can i puff up my hair scene style?

1. I have "scene hair" haha. You need the cut first or else it is not going to stand up, you need to get lots of choppy layers, shorter on top. Then what you do is use a flat back comb and a pick and tease the top of your hair and hair spray it then tease it some more and hair spray again. And before that, straighten it as best as you can.
