How can I change my hairstyle without cutting my hair?

I have a bit of a "mushroom" looking hairstyle, which I highly dislike. I would much rather have a nice long hairstyle extending down. My hair does, but I have very big ears which I need to keep covered or else it ruins the whole hairstyle. The ears stick out, making the hair stick out, changing the look. How can I change the hairstyle very fast without cutting anything?

1. Let your hair grow but be sure to get a trim at least every 6-8 weeks...But deciding not to cover your ears will help you a lot. Some people have big ears and it's really not a big deal. You don't see people with big noses growing bangs down to their upper lip. ya know?? So don't let this "imperfection" impede on your beautiful hair potential. =)
2. well after u take a shower flip your hair to the ather side or put it like a side swep witch is really hot!
