Scene Style

how should i ask my hair stylist to cut my hair scene style?

i am getting my hair cut today for my party tomarrow. i need pictures or a description of how i want my hair to be cut. i want it the "scene" hairstyle. i love that. i want bangs and LOTS of layers. i want to get them razored, but in case she doesn't know how i want them, i want a picture of good angles to show her.

  1. Side swept bangs and also many layers sounds good, why not try something like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/38272614@N02/3818894550/ There are more pictures in the album maybe even get blonde on top and black underneath
  2. u should tell him him u want scene hair cut but if he doesnt know it then tell him u want loads of short choppy layers and to razor thin it out from the ends and a heavy side swept fringe
  3. I am a hairstylist myself so I would never have a junior stylist cut my hair. Reason being they don't have enough experience to have all the knowledge for this sort of haircut. Ask for the senior stylist only or you might be disappointed. I'm not saying you are going to get someone who doesn't know how to cut hair, just that razor cutting is not something to fool around with . It takes experience to have this knowledge. Hope this answers your question. Gracy Jan.8.10. Even being a hairdresser myself I wouldn't even attempt to do this cut on anyone without an expert teaching me for quite a while.
  4. You shouldn't. 1. When you get older you will have to look back and refelct on yourself sportin the emo/goth style and thats just shamefull. You will thank me later in lfe. 2. All these emo/goth kids look liike they just snapped into a slim jim. 3. Develop your own style and don't follow trends set by a buch of fem guys.. 4. and just plain ask yourself if you really want to look like all these false idols on M.T.V
  5. Your stylist should know what you're talking about. Just ask for choppy side bangs, and razored layers. Here's a great picture: http://i33.piczo.com/view/4/b/t/k/d/r/z/5/f/u/y/x/img/i312725921_39005_5.jpg All you would have to do with that hair is tease the top and straighten the rest. Also, colored hair extensions really add a cool effect to scene/emo hair. ;] I hope I helped! If you don't like that picture, try searching "Scene Hair" on Google Images or Photobucket.
