Where can i get some cool scene clothes?

i buy stuff from hottopic, claire's, forever 21, and places like that, but my parents keep saying that im going to own almost everything in those stores. so, im wondering if theres any place to get things like big random Jewry, bright solid shirts, some cute dark blue or like gray skinie jeans. and they say i can buy online, but if i get like the size wrong, then theyre not returning it.. so ya...
