I want a funky emo-style layered cut with a fringe?

My hair is shoulder length (I've gone from waist length to layered shoulder length in 6 months, eeek) naturally black and pretty naturally straight. I already have a fringe which is a bit short so I want something it can grow into. Ideas? Links?
