How to get my hair scene style?

I really wanna get my hair cut scene/emo style and i have found some pictures. i was wondering how much it cost to get layers on the top and extensions on the bottom if i wash it and straighten my hairr before i go.?. And i have thickk hair!

1. you can probabaly get a good salon for $20 dollars or maybe a bit more. Most of my friends just do it at home... i also did it at home and it came out fine(: If you go to a salon, try to get your hair razored.. easier for teaseing and managing. Im not so sure how much that would cost though.... hope i helped:]]
