Where to buy shweet scene clothes and accessories for cheap?

I know where to get good clothes, but I'm on a budget. If you're going to call me a poseur, go ahead, comment officially dismissed. I also want haut aksessories. (btw, i can spell properly, i CHOOSE not tew) Hottopic is cool for some stuff, but on the pricey side.
