Does anybody know a good hair salon in LA or around there that gives good emo-style, scene-style hair cuts?

I usually go to popular hair salons but they do NOT how to cut hair and they mess it up. Is there anywhere in LA or around there that can give cool, good emo-style haircuts, with crazy hair-dyeing and all?
