How can I style my scene hair?

I have the top shortlayers but every time i go to style it it looks bad bc there are hairs going crazy, what should I use, I like the way hayley williams has her hair in the misery business video, how can I get my bangs like tht?

1. don't bother styling it. brush wash brush comb.. layers look better when you don't have them all sprayed and teased and stuff.
2. Okay..Styling.. Uhm. Just tease you top layers and use allllooooottt of hairspray! Trust me. You'll need it. If you don't know how to tease/backcomb search it on youtube. And with the bangs I have no idea sowwi! ^_^ Enjoy!
