Grow my hair long or cut it medium length and scene style?

ok, so my hairs like 3 inches below my shoulder i have grown out side bangs. and i was wondering, is it more attractive to grow hair really really long, like a few inches below your boobs? or to get "scene style" bangs and layers at the crown and tease it and also cut hair to be a little below the shoulders and razored? don't call me a poser, because i'm sure a lot of you will, just answer the question, thankyou.

1. I think where you have it right now is fine :) Maybe a bit longer.. if you prefer long. But not too much longer. Really Long hair is hard to "keep up" and it can look really bad if you dont spend time on it.
