1. well it depends on what kind of scene some scene people just wear trendy clothes and have the hair and make up OTHERS wear like punk emo you can easily find some grungy clothes stores or find lots of simple stuff like black or hot pink or something maybe skater i can't specify any shops though look at pics on the internet and print them and take them when you go shopping and see if you can find some clothes that look like those in the pictures hope i helped :)
