- Find a picture of the exact hair cut you want, if you go to a pro salon, they can probably get it done right. Tell them you want it choppy at the ends or something. As for styling, most scene cuts are like super straight right? You'll need a flat iron and probably some volumizing cream. Make sure not to forget a heat guard spray [like CHI], your hair will look so messy if it's damaged and choppy. But scene cuts are cute if you maintain it correctly (:
- You might want to bring a picture in for them. There is this place I go to and they are all tattooed and punkish looking people so if I asked them they would know. It matters where you go I guess. I really didnt answer the question, sorry.
- Get a lot of layers on the top of your head, dont do anything to the bottom. Then take the top layers and hairspray them to death or until they poof. Then straighten the bottom.
- I usually find a good picture of how I'd like my hair to be and go to the stylist after studying the picture and doing a bit of research on the style that I want. Then I'll just describe it exactly the way I want it. Find a picture, a good stylist and if you're not quite sure how to style your hair you can ask them questions.
- Cut Print a picture of a scene hair style that looks similar of what kind of scene hair you want. You probably wanna go to the professional kind of salon to do your hair. Mention long bangs covering half of your face and layers on your top layer. Also if you have permission get extensions. For a cool scene look I get pink, red, green, or blue extensions. Multiple won't work. One color is good. Style While your stylist is styling your hair make sure you pay attention how she or he does it. If you forget to look how your stylist does the emo/scene look it's easy. 1.What you need is a straightener (conair), teasing comb, hairspray (bed head works great), and clip bows and headbands. 2.After getting all of that stuff straight your hair. 3.After that you want you get a piece or your top layer and tease it (tease is going up and down) then put hair spray so it stays keep doing that for the top layer. 4. After that your hair should be scene so you should put your accessories as the finishing touch! I hope this help but if that didn't help just click the link below http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Paempp896p8
- Get some great pictures of scene hair, on photo bucket or even hair-scene.net Go to a salon and tell your stylist exactly what you want [i.e.: short, choppy layers starting at the top of your head, pooffy with thinned out ends, side bangs, razored ends, etc.] At home, just shampoo & condition, tease your hair [taking a bottom layer and combing it to the roots], apply hairspray and add a cute bow. Voila!
