Can anyone tell me about clothing or accessories found in movies?

I LOVE the dress that Rachel McAdams wore in the movie wedding crashers at her engagement party!! Anyone know any info about designer or where you can buy, IF you can buy, or something similar to it? ALSO, there was this pair of earring Eva Mendes wore in Hitch that I would love to be able to buy!!
