How do I add goth clothing and accessories to my wardrobe on a budget?

I have a passion for fashion. I want to reward myself when I lose these last 2 inches. I like all fashion. I like some of the goth and punk rock clothing and accessories. What are some great stores where I can get goth and punk rock clothing for a nice price that won't break my bank?

4. hottopic is pretty good and for sure not as bad as abercrombie or those stupid expensive stores. I think they have a clearance there I don't usually shop there but my friend does.
5. omgsh I know the perfect place! go to Rue 21 I don't know if you have one around where you live...but I'm SOOO into fashion but I'm not exactly on the rich side! so um you can get any style..and type of clothing there and it's SOOO cheap!! like $2-$20 they don't usually have anything over $25-$30! and it doesn't even look cheap...the fabric may not be the best...but you can't tell!! it looks all expensive but it's not!! and even if you don't have one around you...you can always go online and order...it's worth it...but they don't have a really good selection online! www.rue21.com (can I have number 1 answer?) plz??
6. I supplied myself for years on just Vintage Stores, Military Surplus and The Goodwill. You can also make your own clothes from pieces of other clothes -- or add things, like zippers, to pants. You can also go to a hardware store and buy snaps and rings -- not only does it work for cloths, you can also make bracelets with it from old pieces of leather -- or you can buy cheaper pet collars.
