Where can i get some scene clothes?

Im looking for real original stuff for a drama project. I already have skinny jeans and band shirts but i want some real cool stuff you dont see often but i really dont want to buy anything online. I live in Cali.... Also, i dont wanna dye my hair permanantly but i cant find any non-perma dye. I heard that you can use colored gel but i dont know any details about that... Can anyone help? :]
