Where can i get cheap scene clothes?

Internet stores are good. So are local stores with online stores please help!

5. goodwill. im not even kidding. i get the coolest stuff from there. i found this friggen sweet google shirt once, and i buy my colored skinny jeans at old navy && 579
6. surprisingly, they have alot of cool stuff at thrift stores. if you're looking for any kind of basic tops or skinny jeans hot topic and cheap places like forever 21 is good, even if you're a guy.
7. If you like more indie/vintage kinds of clothes, eBay will be your lifeline! I shop at a lot of Thrift stores because they have great vintage finds. eBay is great though--tons of people sell vintage clothes for great prices. If you want more streamline scene, just look for sales at Hot Topic.
