Need ideas for homemade costume for halloween? I don't have money to spend this year on a store-bought costume. Also, it's usually hard finding costumes in the store that fit because I'm not very skinny. I'd like an idea for something that I can put together with clothes I have, the only things I wanna buy are accessories to really make the outfit (like a witch's hat for a witch costume). I have shirts in any color of the rainbow, and I have various types and colors of skirts and pants. I have lots of clothes and I can even borrow stuff from my mom's closet or from a couple of my friends. I'm also willing to dye my hair (dark brown, purple, maybe even pink) or leave it my current color, blonde.

what do you think of my style? just curious.. some of my favourite items of clothing: dark blue skinny jeans purple t shirt (with a big silver star on it :D) spotty (empire line?) vest dark purple vest top red babydoll shirt (i wear it under the purple vest) grey hoodie with baseball boots all over it ladybug t shirt accessories; yellow belt with pink stars black pyramid belt lots of multi-coloured bracelets :p robot necklace bubbles (powerpuff girls) necklace cassette tape necklace (as you can see i like jewelry) shopper (bag) with rainbows all over it giant bright pink sunnies black converse (with leopard print laces ;]) pumps with velcro strap and apples on them (sorry for the long list) i love badges,bracelets,bright colours (ooh alliteration) and i like to make my outfits a bit unique..i love Japanese harajuku fashion and cartoon characters (MonoKuro Boo,Hello Kitty, Doraemon etc) so what sort of style would you say i have?any stores you could recommend (i'm in the UK)?

Feel free to criticize. “Oh it’s just some hunch I’m going off of.” Victor picked at his shirt, “Are you talking about my clothes? O c’mon look at you,” he paused. “You always wear dark colors. With me beside you girl you shine like the rainbow.” Grinning I leaned closer to him, “You look gay.” His mouth dropped and his brows knitted together. “No I. . .no I don’t. What’s wrong with a little color?” I shrugged and looked forward. Victor tapped me on the shoulder I turned to look at him. “So, will you be able to go to the pep rally?” Rolling my eyes I laughed, “I just insulted you and yet you still want me to go to the pep rally?” “Being called gay isn’t necessarily an insult, you know. They wouldn’t find out. . . Not enough evidence. No fingerprints, no fabric but they had blood and. . .footprints?
